Any tips for wearing them, other than the generic "Don't sleep with them in, or shower" or "Wash your hands before handling them"?

better to wear just one contact and make a retarded looking paper eye patch the whole day, than wear one good contact and one ripped/damaged contact.

then again...my vision is BAD. so if you can go a day without them, that would be an even better option.

keep yr fingernails short and smooth edged (to avoid ripping them)

And mom says take them out about an hour before u go to bed and put yr glasses on to make sure you don't sleep in them
